About the Role
HARMAN is looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Associate Engineer will work on intelligent AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud technologies, and backend development.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to gain hands-on experience building real-world AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer, your responsibilities include:
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build intelligent Agentic AI workflows using Large Language Models.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with Machine Learning models and data preprocessing.
- Develop secure web applications and microservices.
- Build scalable AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support cloud deployments on AWS.
- Work with databases including MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and ScyllaDB.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous integration activities.
