Key Responsibilities

Deploy, operate, and maintain scalable backend services in Java/Kotlin.
Evolve and optimize deployment pipelines and artifact generation.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and maintain infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues from support and client teams.
Collaborate closely with peers, product owners, and senior engineers.
Contribute to team growth via mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: BE / BTech in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Strong development and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across teams.
Strong communication skills in English.
Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies.

Highly Preferred Skills:

Experience with Dropwizard/Spring Boot.
Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
Knowledge of SQL, Kafka, Kafka Streams.
CI/CD and SCM tools (Git, Bitbucket).
Build tools (Gradle, Maven).
