▣ Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and ship APIs in Python (FastAPI) or .NET/C# with clean, testable code.
• Contribute to AI agent features using LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with vector databases (pgvector, Azure AI Search).
• Add metrics, traces, and logging (OTEL, Langfuse) to monitor cost and performance.
• Write concise documentation and showcase demos of your work.

▣ Eligibility & Skills Required

• Education: Recent graduates (0–1 year experience) – BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MSc IT/CS.
• Strong DSA skills (arrays, strings, hash maps, graphs, complexity).
• Knowledge of Python or C#, SQL, Git.
• Academic/side projects in AI/ML/GenAI (chatbot, RAG, classifiers, agents).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs.
• Good communication skills and flexible with 8:30 AM–12:30 PM ET overlap.

▣ Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Basics of Vector DBs (pgvector, Qdrant, Chroma) and Azure AI services.
• Experience with Docker, Postgres, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry.
• Prior exposure to LangChain/LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
