📌 About the Role
S&P Global is hiring freshers for the role of SDET Intern. In this role, you will work with the Quality Engineering team supporting Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) applications.
You will gain hands-on experience in QA testing, automation, Agile practices, and real-world enterprise systems.
💼 You’r Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industrystandard tools and frameworks for functional and regression testing.
- Perform manual tests—including exploratory, regression, and adhoc testing—to validate system functionality and identify defects.
- Design and develop or maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for applications.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams
- Conduct performance and load testing to validate scalability and reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and application performance issues.
- Ensure application security and data integrity through thorough testing.
- Stay current with new tools, trends, and technologies in test automation and quality engineering.
- Share knowledge, documentation, and best practices across teams.
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms
- Programming knowledge in Python or any OOP language
- Basic knowledge of SQL & databases
- Understanding of QA methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- ISTQB Certification (preferred)
- Exposure to Gen AI projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner with positive attitude
