Key Areas of Responsibility
✅ Remote Desktop Support Specialist
- Provide remote technical support (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Guide users in installing and configuring systems
✅ Remote Desktop Administrator
- Maintain remote desktop infrastructure and servers
- Configure, update, and secure RDP services
- Monitor and improve system performance
✅ Remote Desktop Session Host
- Host and manage session-based desktops and apps

- Design and implement RDP solutions
