▣ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT issues and requests through ticketing tools within SLA.
- Provide voice and non-voice technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, and more.
- Troubleshoot wireless, LAN, and application-related issues, escalating as needed.
- Support Office 365, browsers (Chrome, Safari, IE), and MDM tools.
- Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2/P3) and drive communication with leadership.
- Support infrastructure projects, business migrations, and system upgrades.
- Create and use knowledge articles for faster resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for IT operations.
▣ Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
- Strong technical orientation with knowledge of OS, MDM, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
▣ Preferred Skills:
- Incident Management knowledge and experience in SLA-driven environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot business applications and ERP provisioning.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 support environment.
