Genpact is hiring for the role of Technical Associate – Service Desk L1 & MIM in Hyderabad. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a passion for IT support, incident management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IT issues and requests through ticketing tools within SLA.
  • Provide voice and non-voice technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, and more.
  • Troubleshoot wireless, LAN, and application-related issues, escalating as needed.
  • Support Office 365, browsers (Chrome, Safari, IE), and MDM tools.
  • Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2/P3) and drive communication with leadership.
  • Support infrastructure projects, business migrations, and system upgrades.
  • Create and use knowledge articles for faster resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for IT operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical orientation with knowledge of OS, MDM, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Incident Management knowledge and experience in SLA-driven environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot business applications and ERP provisioning.
  • Flexible to work in 24×7 support environment.
