📌 About the Role

IBM is hiring freshers for the position of Associate System Engineer under its consulting division. In this role, you will work on real-world enterprise projects and help companies build modern applications using cloud and AI technologies.

You will be part of IBM Consulting delivery centers and work with global clients.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java/J2EE technologies
• Work with frameworks and web technologies (Java, Ruby, Groovy)
• Support enterprise-level application development
• Implement transaction management and system integration
• Follow software development best practices (SDLC, TDD, DevOps)
• Work on real-time client projects

🧠 Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Programming (Java, Python, C++, Node.js)
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good communication skills
• No active backlogs

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• MCA / MSc (CS/IT related fields)
• Batch: 2024 & 2025
• Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA
• Degree in:
  • BE / BTech / MTech / ME
  • MCA / MSc (CS/IT related fields)
