About the Role

Strada is hiring passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its Workday Cloud Deployment team in Navi Mumbai. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA) who want to build a career in Java, SQL, and Cloud HR/Finance platforms.

As part of Strada’s Campus Program, you will work on global Workday implementation projects, collaborate with 670+ specialists, and support over 2 million Workday users worldwide.

Education Requirements

M.Tech / MCA / B.E / B.Tech with minimum 70% aggregate (10th to Post Graduation or yearly average).

Required Skills & Knowledge

• ✅ Strong analytical and logical skills
• ✅ Java & SQL (mandatory)
• ✅ Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
• ✅ Training/Certification in Java programming (preferred)
• ✅ Exposure to J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate (advantage)
• ✅ Good communication skills (English)
• ✅ Ability to learn quickly, work hard, and adapt to changing needs
• ✅ Willingness to work from any business location

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in Workday SaaS deployments across HR & Financial solutions.
• Support global clients in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing Workday.
• Work with experienced consultants to deliver quality technical solutions.
• Gain exposure to Java-based enterprise applications and database systems.
